Oyak İnşaat A.Ş. was audited by Bureau Veritas Quality International between the 18th and 19th March 2002 and was entitled to get "ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System Certificate". Customer focused Quality Management System based on the goal to constantly develop and improve Oyak Construction was determined primarily with the mission, vision and quality policy that is shared with the employees.

Basic objective of the Quality Management System of Oyak Construction is to design, implement, maintain all actions in respect of constantly developing and improving the processes in order to provide shareholder satisfaction an assess the consequences.

Creating and evaluating the quality goals are supplied through the effective realization of the planned processes and sources that are necessary for achieving the goals. Source based mode of management in the organization of Oyak Construction may be considered in three groups:

• Source creators/users
• Source managers
• Support and control providers for the divisions creating / using / managing sources

Basic responsibility in implementing constantly and regularly the present organization belongs to Management with the provision of sources.

Quality Management System of Oyak Construction is based on ensuring the permanence and efficiency of the activities within the organization of the Company and identifying and rectifying potential in conformities at al stages well in advance, describing and applying the corrective and preventive actions for the purpose of preventing the repetition and occurrence of potential errors and analysis, improvement and development.
